 Dr. Limota Goroso Giwa is a prominent Nigerian grassroots organizer, women’s rights activist, and researcher focused on gender, HIV, and urban development. She serves as the Executive Director of the International Women Communication Centre and is a Convener of the Urban Thinkers Project of UN-Habitat in Nigeria.  Dr Shettima Bukar Abba is a distinguished Nigerian academic and seasoned public administrator from Borno State. He has served twice as Secretary to the State Government and represented the state as Federal Commissioner at the Federal Character Commission, where he was appointed Acting Executive Chairman in 2016 and 2018. A PhD holder and former lecturer and Dean at the University of Maiduguri, Dr Abba is widely respected for his expertise in public administration and governance reforms. He is currently a member of the Governing Council of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi, further reflecting national recognition of his administrative experience.
